I'd say I was going for an erotic feeling. or maybe I'm just a perv. I was briefly thinking of drawing fully exposed breasts on the lady, but decided I didn't need to. Her breasts ARE exposed, if you look close though :)

I was going for one of those fantasy painting type of layouts, like a Frazetta or something. but I was inspired by those classic paintings by the old masters too.

I tried to make the guys very beefy, because I've been drawing a lot of women for the jams lately, but not so much guys... and this was a good chance to take a look at anatomy, since the guys aren't wearing that much either. I was going to make all the angels guys, pretty much, and only the foreground character female; again, to work on some male anatomy. But then I saw the potential to make this a "gender war" piece too. I only did that for fun, no big statements there.

This isn't really what I think Heaven & Hell is like. This is more like H & H meet Melrose Place or a beer commercial or something. hehe. But think about it... what if H & H *IS* like this???

How scary would THAT be?!
