The thing is actually a sculpure...in Sculpey. I saw some of the toy makers using it for templates at the San D Con, and couldn't wait to try it. as you can see it works pretty darn good, even in my inexperienced hands:) I based it on a picture i did of my character, which is posted on my site at www.dlcolvin.com, in my gallery section. I think I got it pretty close.
