I call it "The Heel Goes Hollywood". It's my take on what if the Heel was optioned by Joel Silver or someone like that (Bruckheimer?) And with it comes all the usual Hollywood trappings.

This was a fun assignment, because The Heel is a really weird character to draw. The weirdest one I've drawn in recent memory, that's for sure. It was great to try, because he's so different than what I normally do. I like that. Hope you don't mind, John.

I've been doing slightly different things with each jam. They've all been pencil drawings, but usually I draw things liek this on 8½x11 paper, makes it easier to scan. But this one, I felt that I needed to draw it at 11x17. I came up with the rough image pretty quickly, it was executing the image (drawing the damn thing) that was the real work. My initial idea was so vague, I'm glad I actually managed to do it like I wanted, more or less.
