This is the Bishop of DOOM. I originally thought of the idea while at morning mass in high school. The local bishop, Eucibius Beltran, was there and goin' off on some crap about being better Catholics, and I just started seeing him as the Pope's vigilante assassin. Toting his mighty weapon, the Excommunicator, saving our heathen souls. Bringing it to the sinners, one consecrated bullet at a time!
